Since 1947, Macton has designed and built large structural turntables for revolving restaurants, automotive display turntables and lift and moving equipment for the transportation, pulp and paper, aerospace and automotive industries… Over the last few decades, revolving restaurants have become extremely popular at many five-star hotel chains…Hotels in China, Mexico, South America and the Middle East are looking to Macton to help enhance their images. “We’re quite active in developing Third World countries that are trying to attract tourism and business” (CEO David) Perkins said.
